On our website, we participate in so-called affiliate partner programs (advertisements). This means that if you click on an advertisement on our site that is part of the partner program and make a transaction (e.g., a purchase), we receive a commission from the respective online shop or provider.

For this purpose, our affiliate partners use cookies or similar tracking technologies to identify that you completed the predefined transaction through the advertisement placed on our website. Server Log Files / Server Data

For technical reasons, the provider of the website collects and automatically stores information in so-called server log files that your browser transmits to us automatically. This information includes:

  • Browser type and browser version
  • Operating system used
  • Website from which you visit us (Referrer URL)
  • Hostname of the accessing computer
  • Date and time of your access / server request
  • Your Internet Protocol (IP) address

These anonymous data are stored separately from any personal data you may provide and cannot be attributed to specific individuals. No merging of these data with other data sources takes place. The data are evaluated for statistical purposes to improve our website and our offerings.

Use of Honeypot or reCAPTCHA

On our site, we protect input forms using the Honeypot method as an alternative to the "reCAPTCHA" query. This mechanism is free from third-party providers and is executed directly on the website without connecting to external services.

In special cases, we use the "reCAPTCHA" service provided by Google Ireland Ltd., Google Building Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland (hereinafter referred to as "Google") for security checks in online forms. This service helps distinguish between human input and automated machine processing, which may indicate misuse.

To our knowledge, the following information is transmitted to Google when using "reCAPTCHA": referrer URL, IP address, website visitor behavior, information about the operating system, browser, and duration of visit, cookies, display instructions and scripts, user input behavior, and mouse movements within the "reCAPTCHA" checkbox area.

Google uses this information, among other things, to digitize books and other printed materials and to improve services like Google Street View and Google Maps (e.g., house number and street name recognition).

The IP address transmitted as part of "reCAPTCHA" is not merged with other Google data unless you are logged into your Google account at the time of using the "reCAPTCHA" plugin. If you want to prevent Google from collecting and storing data about you and your behavior on our website, you must log out of Google before visiting our site or using the reCAPTCHA plugin.

The information collected through the use of the "reCAPTCHA" service is processed in accordance with Google’s Terms of Service: https://www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy/

Use of Webfonts

This website uses external fonts, Google Fonts, provided by Google to ensure a consistent presentation of fonts. The integration of these fonts generally occurs through local storage of the respective fonts on our own server or web space, with server requests being routed through a server located in Germany. No direct connection to Google's servers is established in this case.

In exceptional cases, however, the integration of webfonts may be done through a service provided by Google Inc. (Google). In such cases, the webfonts are integrated through a server request to Google in the USA. This involves transmitting to Google's server which of our web pages you have visited. Additionally, Google may store the IP address of the visitor's browser.

For more information, please refer to Google's privacy notices available at: Google Fonts Privacy Information or Google Privacy Policy.

Any voluntary information provided as part of your application is processed based on § 26 (2) BDSG in conjunction with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent) and Art. 88 GDPR. Applicant data is shared internally with the responsible and decision-making employees. Applicant data is deleted six months after the end of the specific application process. If you have expressed interest in other positions, your data will be retained for up to 12 months after the last job offer or the last expression of interest.
